Personal Training

At The Beaches, our personal training isn't about generic workouts; it's about meeting you right where you are and addressing those specific areas that are causing you trouble. We blend traditional personal training expertise with a strong focus on recovery and injury prevention, because we believe in empowering you to move freely and confidently.

If you're looking for a broad "get started" fitness plan, our 1% Club membership might be a great fit, but if you're ready to tackle a specific weakness or bounce back from persistent aches, you're in the right place.

Our programs are designed to target those specific "weaknesses" or lingering issues that impact your performance or daily comfort. Think of it as a focused approach to getting your strength back in that shoulder, improving your deadlift, or making squatting pain-free again.

In-Person Training:

For a hands-on approach, we'll meet face-to-face to understand your unique needs, craft a personalized plan, and determine the best frequency for our sessions. We provide in person session in Meeker, Colorado.

Online Training:

Prefer the convenience of your own space? We'll connect virtually via Zoom or Google Meet. Following our discussion, we'll build a tailored program just for you using CoachRx (a dedicated app), and we'll keep the momentum going with regular online check-ins.

Every personalized program spans 6 weeks and comes with dedicated support. You'll have access to us as much as you need via text or email, ensuring your questions are answered and you stay on track. Should in-person sessions be needed beyond our initial meeting, we'll discuss and adjust rates accordingly.
