Hump Day Wind Down

Hump Day Wind Down is both the breath you need at the end of a long day, and the rejuvenating wring out you need to boost you through the end of your work week. This class will focus on increasing mobility and strength while calming the body and mind. You will be surprised by how this sequence is gentle and engaging all at once. And you will certainly feel as though you can float back home and into bed. This class will include adjustments from the instructor, and essential oil infused eye cloths during savasana (optional).
