NAMASTE BEACHES
We're tired of the played out impressions of Yoga. We're here to get anyone, everyone, access to a practice that will help them in their efforts to get fit. From high performing athletes to office chair warriors, from those here to sweat to those looking for quiet introspection, we intend to provide specialized content geared toward your lifestyle.

Are you down?

ABOUT THIS BEACH...
I'm Lindsey and this is my website! Here's who I am and what we're all about here.

I'm an ex-athlete, so I'm competitive as all get out. I'm a certified yoga instructor, though, probably not one you'd expect. I have a Masters of Science in Athletic Training, and practice as a certified Athletic Trainer in Northwest Colorado. A huge part of my life is rehabilitating athletes and injured people. It's a good life, and I think yoga has a place in yours.
We intend to combine yoga with the science behind my corner of the healthcare industry. Whether you are aiming to be fit, wanting to train for competition, or looking to address aches, pains, and the grind of daily life, Namaste Beaches can help you with every step of the flow. We'll build content aimed for athletes and their individual sports, for office workers to mechanics, and everyone in between.

I'm excited to get fit, get better, and strive with all of you!

Welcome to the grind,
Namaste Beaches!
