Perfect Pose Workshop(s)

Workshops will focus on a handful of important, staple poses of yoga.  In these workshops, instructors Lindsey and Adrienne will both be breaking down poses so that participants can learn exact alignment.  All of our bodies are a little different, so these workshops not only instruct the poses from toes through fingertips, but will help you determine how these poses look for you personally.  We hope these workshops will encourage our yogis to feel comfortable exploring movement, and give them the tools they need to feel confident in their practice no matter where they take it.
