Beginner Beach

This class is made for everyone! Whether you're just starting an exercise program or you're an active person new to yoga, these classes are set from beginner to intermediate levels. In these classes, you'll get the basic yoga poses and flows to get your body used to the demands of yoga, as well as train you for more advanced practices offered by Namaste Beaches.
